Had an excellent night's sleep thanks to a comfy mattress! 🛏️ The room was spacious, but the bathroom ceiling was super low, making showers tricky. decent for a short solo stay.

The place has great amenities like free parking and a solid variety of handcrafted breakfast items, including breads and individual packs of cheese and jams. I appreciated the flexible breakfast arrangements for those of us needing to head out early-definitely a bonus.

The shared bathrooms have seen better days, with cleanliness and maintenance frequently flagged in other reviews, suggesting some attention is needed. Some rooms have outdated decor-furniture seems random and not well-coordinated, and I noticed the bathroom ceiling was ridiculously low. Noise from other guests can be disruptive, and the lighting could use an upgrade to enhance the overall ambiance.

A cheap and simple B&B without anything extra. Not very nice but clean and functional. I used it when I needed to stay the night for an interview, and I just wanted a bed to sleep in.

Bathroom and toilet joined together shared by 5 rooms on one floor. Bath toilet hand basin units shower curtains and the whole room needed refurbishing 20 years ago.

It is close to the airport and walking distance to rail station to Manchester city.The manager was very helpful, more then I expected.I would like to say thanks for his kindness. There is free wifi in the hotel and a computer in the dining room, if you have no laptop with you.

There is no bathroom in the rooms, 3 rooms share a bathroom, which was absolutely clean, just next door to the room.There is a 4% charge if you pay by card, so you'd better to have cash with you.

The location was good and fitted our plans.

We were able to write our names in the dust! The furniture was very dated. The en-suite bathroom was very old and dirty looking with stains and mould around the shower area, the toilet roll holder was broken along with the toilet seat. I would say all round a bad experience and would never recommend or stay there ever again.

The bed was v ery comfortable and the linen smelt freshly laundered. Despite being on a main road, we were surprised not to be aware of any traffic noise, and the free internet facility was a pleasant surprise.

There could have been a greater choice of breakfast cereals!

The overall space was functional for our large family.

My wife says that the breakfast could have included more options for kids.
